About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Nexthink is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that enhance product visibility and drive success in the market. This role involves close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that customers recognize the value of the products and can effectively utilize them. The position requires a strong focus on customer advocacy, competitive research, and content creation to support product launches and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
  • Refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Manage and support product release launches.
  • Create content that conveys product value propositions and generates leads.
  • Develop sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Build relationships with customers to foster advocacy and inform product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in product marketing for a software vendor.
  • Experience marketing to HR or Application Owners or with digital adoption platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative technology products.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Professional-level English; fluency in French or German is a plus.
