About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing - On-Site Performance will be responsible for shaping the international and mid-market positioning of the company's products. This role requires expertise in buyer personas, market dynamics, and competitive analysis to develop strategic go-to-market plans and value propositions. The individual will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with client needs, focusing on eCommerce and on-site performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep expertise on on-site performance capabilities to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee global positioning, messaging, and pricing for mid-market offerings.
  • Understand buyer behavior and criteria to enhance product and market fit.
  • Manage the execution of international go-to-market strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create market thought leadership and activation plans to drive engagement.
  • Equip the sales team with compelling narratives and sales collateral to support product usage.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to various marketing functions to align plans with business goals.
  • Develop annual marketing plans in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in on-site performance or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of retail, eCommerce, and digital monetization programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear benefits.
  • Demonstrated success in creating compelling messaging and positioning, competitive analysis, and managing product launches globally.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, matrixed global organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams, including international stakeholders.
  • Creative, resourceful, self-starter who is results-oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Highly organized with good follow-through capabilities.
