About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Inovalon is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive joint lead generation efforts. This role requires a strong focus on creating compelling messaging and positioning that aligns with business objectives, while collaborating with various internal and partner teams to implement effective marketing initiatives. The position is pivotal in optimizing sales revenues through strategic partnerships and requires a deep understanding of partner marketing within the healthcare technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partner marketing strategies to drive leads and enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Provider Marketing Team to create and execute co-marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Lead the development of marketing content including webpages, sales collateral, and lead generation assets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Partner Management, Product Management, and Sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute marketing needs at partner-led user conferences and industry tradeshows.
  • Provide recommendations for marketing promotions and incentives to drive partner engagement.
  • Develop partner-facing marketing collateral and campaign messaging that resonates with partners' customer bases.
  • Manage partner references and success stories to support marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary marketing point-of-contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact partner marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in revenue cycle management, partner marketing, and healthcare product marketing.
  • Experience in marketing technology products and services within a B2B context is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
