Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive new customer acquisition for Kindle Unlimited
  • Grow the business and increase service penetration in priority audience and customer targets
  • Align Marketing, Product, Selection, and Tech teams to drive service growth
  • Develop the sales and demand generation plan with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Oversee inputs required to hit/exceed the sales and demand generation plan
  • Drive demand generation, merchandising, detail page conversion, and off-site traffic strategies
  • Coordinate high velocity events for Reading Subscriptions globally
  • Own the annual promotional calendar and discounting plan
  • Manage P&L impact and implications in collaboration with finance
  • Define experimentation roadmap and optimize programs based on learnings
  • Develop and analyze acquisition KPIs and report results across the organization
  • Establish vision, goals, and key KPIs for success and report on progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience leading business verticals/functions accountable for driving business performance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with highly matrixed teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, data mining, data management, and reporting
  • Strong quantitative skills with experience in financial and/or analytical modeling
  • Experience driving alignment and establishing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience in highly analytical and strategic environments
  • Experience overseeing consumer marketing strategy and definition
