About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Availity is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. This role involves collaborating across departments to create compelling marketing content, manage product launches, and support customer engagement initiatives. The position requires a strong understanding of market trends and buyer personas, as well as the ability to communicate product value effectively to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product marketing strategies that result in revenue growth and profitability.
  • Create value conversations with Payers/Providers and deliver those stories through presentations and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate across departments to develop content marketing plans and launch plans.
  • Support buyer journeys, thought leadership, lead generation campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Manage all marketing aspects of product launches and participate in strategic sales calls and customer-facing activities.
  • Build a deep understanding of market trends, buyer personas, client needs, and value drivers.
  • Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to optimally position products in the market.
  • Develop clear, value-based positioning for assigned products and communicate unique differentiation.
  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans to commercialize new and existing products.
  • Plan and execute launch programs to generate excitement and awareness among clients and prospects.
  • Support the development of compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities and provide necessary tools and training for sales teams.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Over five years of experience in product marketing or product management in a high tech or healthcare environment.
  • Healthcare background is required.
  • Self-directed and effective working independently, yet comfortable in a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and persistent problem-solver.
  • Collaborative, working well across functional groups to drive projects.
