About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Data Center and Migrations marketing team at a high-tech SaaS company. This role focuses on implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the adoption of cloud products for both SMB and enterprise customers, while also ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. The position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively present to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create, drive, and manage go-to-market plans across various owned channels.
  • Set comprehensive GTM strategies that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement.
  • Apply a strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to craft high-touch and low-touch enablement programs.
  • Create high-quality assets for demand generation, sales, and partners, including blogs, webinars, and website content.
  • Engage in content sparring sessions and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Distill complex processes into clear written communications.
  • Drive projects to completion while maintaining a high-quality standard.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Understanding of PLG and sales-led GTM tactics for executing go-to-market plans.
  • Experience with successfully launching go-to-market campaigns with solid GTM and messaging experience.
  • Experience in Cloud SaaS or technology companies is essential.
  • Ability to write unique and compelling content for diverse personas.
  • Strong data-informed decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and research.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and translate customer needs into effective messaging and content.
  • Experience in delivering impactful campaigns that drive market attention.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
