About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Airwallex is responsible for bridging the gap between customers, commercial, and product teams. This role focuses on delivering consistent product positioning in the market, driving successful product launches, and enhancing the customer experience across various touchpoints. The position emphasizes the spend management suite of products and requires a strategic approach to understanding customer needs and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, needs, competitors, and Airwallex's unique edge to create a compelling value proposition.
  • Plan and drive effective launch strategies for new features and products across sales, marketing, pricing, and operations.
  • Define, test, and refine global product positioning, messaging, and value proposition in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Deliver a compelling, end-to-end customer experience across various touchpoints including website, emails, content, and presentations.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to test hypotheses and make data-backed decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with global and regional strategy, product, sales, and marketing teams to drive global impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills to articulate complex concepts simply.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Proven track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in FinTech or Payments.
  • Familiarity with startup environments.
  • Global marketing experience.
