About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for TikTok Shop Seller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategies for TikTok's eCommerce products. Your primary mission will be to drive product education, adoption, and revenue growth across the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, UX Design, and Sales, to introduce a new suite of products to the US market. Your passion for navigating ambiguity and crafting compelling messaging will be essential as you influence the overall strategy and execution of marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that promote product growth and retention. You will track the performance of marketing programs and continuously test and improve them to ensure maximum effectiveness. As the Subject Matter Expert for your product, you will provide white-glove support to sellers, manage customer feedback, and collaborate with various teams to identify impactful product opportunities. Your ability to build research and conduct analyses will help prioritize product requirements and influence the product roadmap. Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market strategies including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets across the seller journey.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel.
  • Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
  • Track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.
  • Provide white-glove product support to sellers and manage input and feedback from various types of users.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities.
  • Build research to help influence Product Roadmap, including ROI analysis and dependency analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce.
  • Experience working with product management, analytics, and design to scale products.
  • Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned channels.
  • Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related fields (MBA, computer science) preferred.
