About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager at ServiceNow is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end product marketing strategies for Workplace and Legal Services. This role involves managing a junior team member while also contributing individually to the development of impactful messaging, product launches, sales enablement content, and event presence. The position requires collaboration across various teams to articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's offerings and support the go-to-market strategy effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful persona-based messaging and value propositions for Workplace Services and related business partners.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, including messaging, internal communications, and field/event marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and campaigns to create product marketing content that supports the go-to-market strategy.
  • Produce content such as case studies, videos, ebooks, infographics, and blog posts.
  • Support and manage key conferences and third-party events, including speaker selection and content review.
  • Manage the creation and updates of website content to reflect the latest messaging.
  • Develop and deliver sales training content to enhance sales performance.
  • Act as a product and industry spokesperson at internal and external events.
  • Mentor and develop a junior product marketer.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience marketing to enterprise technology buyers.
  • Familiarity with workplace services, facilities management, and corporate real estate systems is recommended.
  • Strong persona-based messaging and storytelling experience.
  • Exceptional people and management skills for interaction with staff and cross-functional teams.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to enterprise executives in digital and in-person events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable with social media and community participation.
