About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Verizon is responsible for driving innovation and developing comprehensive marketing strategies for device protection products. This role involves identifying market opportunities, creating marketing plans, and managing initiatives across multiple channels to achieve revenue growth. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance user experience and implement marketing initiatives that differentiate Verizon from competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear marketing strategies and robust strategic marketing plans for device protection products.
  • Manage a cohesive marketing strategy and implementation across multiple channels to optimize ROI.
  • Curate strategies for cross-functional activities targeting high opportunity audiences to drive product revenue growth.
  • Analyze the competitive marketplace and develop action plans to address macro changes.
  • Enhance user experience for omni and new channels, creating a roadmap for device protection products.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives that drive product revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with teams such as CX, design, and digital operations to deliver requirements and implement initiatives.
  • Work with integrated marketing/go-to-market teams on training, launch elements, and communications.
  • Analyze program performance and leverage data to optimize programs and drive new strategies for revenue growth.
  • Manage product KPI reporting and develop presentations highlighting key trends and action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and digital office tools for data analysis and presentation preparation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Experience writing marketing requirements and briefs.
  • Experience in cross-functional management in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
