About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Obsidian Security, you will be instrumental in driving product launches and creating solution and thought leadership content for our SaaS security offerings. This role involves crafting compelling messaging and positioning to enhance awareness and adoption of our products, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to execute marketing strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute content strategy and plan to raise awareness for our comprehensive SaaS security offering
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on product positioning and messaging
• Understand market segments, buyer personas, and competitive landscape to create persuasive messaging and content
• Author high-quality content in various formats including print, web, social media, and video
• Support product launches and collaborate with field teams and demand generation to execute marketing campaigns
• Partner with cross-functional teams on projects to drive alignment and business results

Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a cybersecurity company or related industries
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of security personas and buying cycles
• Experience in planning and executing product launch and content plans
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technology concepts
• Comfortable creating and delivering presentations in various environments
• Analytical and creative mindset, data-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
