About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Copeland is responsible for developing and executing market and product strategies for the Residential AC business. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, creating market strategies, and aligning product development with future market trends, particularly in sustainability and technology advancements. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to engage with customers and industry stakeholders, ensuring that product offerings meet evolving market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize business opportunities for profitable growth for future product innovation.
  • Create a leading market position within each residential market segment and develop capabilities for implementable market strategies.
  • Drive alignment with product-focused organizations on commercial strategy and build business cases for technology development.
  • Support regulatory and customer communications to align with future trends and insights.
  • Develop and implement multi-generational product strategies to meet future market needs and establish product differentiation.
  • Key player in technology/product conceptualization, development, and execution on product and solution programs.
  • Support market research priorities to guide technology/product directions.
  • Guide technology and R&D teams to develop future technologies that meet market needs.
  • Work with sales and market leaders to validate strategic plans and build go-to-market strategies.
  • Support market analysis of regulations and policies to determine business impacts on technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in marketing, engineering, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing, customer, engineering, product or related B2B experience
  • Experience in executing strategy and product management while building customer relationships
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Product marketing/business development knowledge
  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
