About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Kargo is responsible for driving the communication of high-impact display, OLV, and CTV products to the market. This role involves crafting messaging and positioning for new products, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs to effectively launch and promote Kargo's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead post-product development marketing efforts including launch announcements and acting as the voice of the consumer.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop special product packaging including pricing models, key messages, and value proposition.
  • Conduct market analysis and studies to understand the competitive landscape and establish product differentiators.
  • Drive the execution of go-to-market strategies for the successful launch of new formats and capabilities.
  • Lead training sessions with internal and external customers for new products, communicating the value of platforms, ads, and data products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Publisher.
  • Organize and distribute customer newsletters around product releases and ongoing updates.
  • Maintain relationships with Kargo customers to ensure proper communication of products, objectives, and tactics.
  • Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process, including one-sheets, case studies, whitepapers, and social posts.
  • Publish ongoing industry POVs around relevant topics and products in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in AdTech or related fields for product marketing and sales strategy.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Slides, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Skills in design, copywriting, product development, or public speaking are expected.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising ecosystem including CTV, OLV & high impact display.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
