About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at GoTo will play a crucial role in understanding the MSP market and buyer personas, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating compelling product positioning and messaging. This position is integral to guiding the company's marketing efforts and ensuring effective communication of product value to the MSP market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own GoTo's understanding of MSP buyer personas and their decision-making processes.
• Support the development and refinement of go-to-market tactics targeting MSPs.
• Create compelling product positioning and value propositions for the MSP market.
• Produce and update marketing content such as datasheets, blog posts, and videos to promote GoTo Resolve.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Product Marketing at a SaaS technology company selling to MSPs.
• Experience in B2B marketing to MSPs with a focus on message development and go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for internal and customer-facing messaging.
• Bachelor's degree.
