About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at NICE will play a pivotal role in the Customer Experience Analytics line of business, focusing on leveraging cutting-edge AI and analytics technology to enhance contact center operations. This position involves creating impactful marketing content, defining product messaging, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive marketing strategies and support sales efforts. The role is dynamic and requires a blend of creativity and technical understanding to effectively communicate the value of NICE's solutions to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design configurations and solutions according to customer's technical specifications and unique environment.
  • Create diverse marketing content including brochures, pitch decks, eBooks, product overview videos, white papers, blogs, interactive demos, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Define and execute marketing plans and new product introductions.
  • Establish the products' value proposition and messaging.
  • Promote industry thought leadership.
  • Support sales professionals with relevant content and training.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on regular release cadences for new features, identifying key features to communicate effectively to sales, partners, and customers.
  • Plan specific content and topics for NICE User Group (NUG) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Secure and execute customer presentations for the annual NICE Interactions customer event.
  • Maintain and update content for sales on the online content management platform.
  • Deliver webinars and presentations to customers, prospects, and sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing for technology companies or comparable experience communicating business value of technology to customers.
  • A strong background (5 years minimum) in contact centers or solutions for contact centers is required.
  • Experience and desire for storytelling.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with public speaking and webinars.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint.
