As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, growing, and owning GoTo's understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) buyer personas, their decision-making processes, pain points, and opportunities to support cross-functional teams. You will act as the subject matter expert at the crossroads of MSP market, buyer, and product knowledge to support the development and refinement of ongoing go-to-market tactics targeting MSPs. Your role will also involve creating compelling product positioning and value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits of the product for the MSP market. Additionally, you will create and update marketing assets and content to highlight the capabilities and value of GoTo Resolve through datasheets, blog posts, overview documents, videos, and comparison guides to promote and accelerate the growth of the solutions. This position requires a strong background in product marketing, particularly in the SaaS technology sector, with a focus on B2B marketing to MSPs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively conveying messages to internal audiences and customers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own GoTo's understanding of MSP buyer personas and their decision-making processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams by identifying pain points and opportunities in the MSP market.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for MSP market, buyer, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies targeting MSPs.
  • Create compelling product positioning and value propositions for the MSP market.
  • Produce and update marketing assets such as datasheets, blog posts, and videos to promote GoTo Resolve.
  • Accelerate the growth of GoTo's solutions through effective content marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Product Marketing at a SaaS technology company selling to MSPs.
  • Experience in B2B marketing to MSPs with a focus on message development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for internal and customer-facing messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree.
