About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Yext is responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning, and execution for Yext Reviews. This role serves as a critical link between product strategy and marketing tactics, focusing on reputation management. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, competitive insights, and a customer-centric approach to develop effective messaging and positioning that resonates with buyers. The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across teams, and the ability to track and optimize performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on market intelligence, understanding buyers and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and enable the sales team to effectively compete against key competitors.
  • Plan product launches and manage cross-functional implementation of GTM strategies.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for target customers and segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to document the customer journey and drive changes to sales and marketing processes as needed.
  • Create a product marketing plan including key activities and budgets for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Produce compelling content such as presentations, web pages, and videos to engage customers.
  • Act as a thought leader for products through customer meetings and speaking engagements.
  • Train revenue team members on customer problems and develop internal tools and collateral.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, establishing trust and credibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Sharp writing and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling copy.
  • Proven understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process, ideally in digital marketing.
  • Ability to craft value-based messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
  • Experience creating tailored presentations and content assets.
  • Ability to manage expectations and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
