About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Betterworks will play a crucial role in supporting the full lifecycle of the new talent management product suite. This remote-first position involves collaborating with various teams to manage go-to-market strategies, conduct customer and market research, and enable sales teams with effective communication and training materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product marketing, particularly in understanding customer needs and developing strategic messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and asset creation.
• Conduct customer research to understand core customers and feed insights back to product and marketing teams.
• Act as the competitive expert for products and audiences, sharing insights across the company.
• Connect product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on launches.
• Shape sales enablement materials and training sessions to communicate product value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product marketing experience or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop messaging and go-to-market plans.
• Ability to run cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across the business.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a balance of creative thinking and copywriting skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Direct experience in SaaS for human resources teams is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in B2B marketing with business buyers such as marketing, HR, customer success, or product.
