About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Nexthink is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that enhance product visibility and drive success. This role involves close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that customers recognize the value of the product and can effectively utilize it. The position requires a strong focus on market research, customer advocacy, and content creation to support product launches and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
  • Refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the product team on feature input and roadmap development.
  • Manage and support product release launches.
  • Create content that conveys product value propositions and generates leads.
  • Develop sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research.
  • Build relationships with customers to foster advocacy and inform product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in the ITSM field as an IT consultant or product manager/product marketing manager for a software vendor.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Professional-level English; fluency in French or German is a plus.
  • BSc/MSc in engineering, marketing, or business.
