Responsibilities

  • Develop clear marketing strategies and robust strategic marketing plans for device protection products.
  • Manage a cohesive marketing strategy and implementation across multiple channels to optimize ROI.
  • Curate compelling strategies for cross-functional activities targeting high opportunity audiences to drive product revenue growth.
  • Understand the competitive marketplace and develop quick action plans to address macro changes.
  • Enhance user experience for omni and new channels, creating a roadmap for device protection products.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives that differentiate Verizon from competitors.
  • Collaborate with teams such as CX, design, and digital operations to deliver requirements and implement initiatives.
  • Analyze program performance and leverage data insights to optimize existing programs and drive new strategies for revenue growth.
  • Manage product KPI reporting and develop presentations highlighting key trends and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and digital office tools for data analysis and presentation preparation.

  • Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Experience writing marketing requirements and briefs.
