About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at IFS will be responsible for executing the product marketing strategy, focusing on the ERP and ESG solution areas. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to develop effective positioning, messaging, and content. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product management and competitive intelligence teams, to create targeted content and support sales enablement efforts. The position also involves representing the product marketing function and developing relationships with customers and partners to ensure relevant messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Product Marketing strategy for ERP and ESG solution areas.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and content based on customer and market understanding.
  • Own product marketing initiatives and plans aligned to go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management to gain deep product and solution knowledge.
  • Work with competitive intelligence to deliver differentiated messaging and content.
  • Identify and maintain audience frameworks and personas for targeted content creation.
  • Create, review, and maintain relevant content for marketing and customer-facing teams.
  • Develop thought leadership and stay updated on industry trends and research.
  • Manage activities related to product releases and key announcements.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with the latest sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with Analyst Relations for briefings and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other marketing teams through presentations and internal communications.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the assigned product area.
  • Build relationships with customers and partners to deliver relevant messaging.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in B2B software/technology in a global environment.
  • Experience in the enterprise software space.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to develop opportunities.
  • Experience in synthesizing complex information into simple messages.
  • Strong persuasive and concise written communication skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and experience presenting to external audiences.
  • Ability to influence without authority across organizational departments.

Nice-to-haves

  • General understanding of EAM, Aviation Maintenance, and AI.
  • Experience in defining GTM strategies and conducting market analysis/research.
  • Comfortable working with agencies and creative teams to develop marketing assets.
  • Degree-educated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
