About the position

In this role, you will join BetterUp's innovative Product Marketing team, focusing on translating the science and technology of our Human Transformation Platform into effective messaging and collateral for our buyers. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting persona research, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to drive product success and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the GTM strategy for product and solution areas, focusing on positioning, messaging, pricing, and thought leadership.
• Develop detailed buyer and influencer personas for product and solution areas.
• Own messaging, positioning, naming, competitive intelligence, and value proposition development for individual product offerings.
• Develop and execute launch plans for new solution offerings, both internally and externally.
• Support sales teams with demos, playbooks, presentations, and customer-facing content.
• Monitor and own business metrics related to revenue, pipeline, win rate, and usage metrics.
• Lead continuous evaluation of market trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Partner with product management to inform product strategy with customer insights.
• Drive efforts with product management to define a product roadmap for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Growth & demand-generation teams on content and messaging for pipeline acceleration.
