Philips Ultrasound is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the execution of a global marketing strategy for a new Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) solution in obstetrics, specifically designed to meet the needs of underserved geographies. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with large global Non-Governmental Organizations, such as the Gates Foundation, to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with the needs of these communities and key markets. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the global marketing strategy, launching new product introductions, and ensuring market readiness for these products. You will support key markets by driving brand awareness and demand generation campaigns, as well as facilitating deal closures. An essential part of your role will be to optimize the channel strategy, which includes price and margin optimization, direct and indirect channel management, and training in collaboration with market organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining customer relationships, including with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). By leveraging customer insights and continuous feedback, you will provide valuable input that shapes and prioritizes product features and value propositions. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing, sales, or product development, preferably within the OBGYN sector, with at least 10 years of experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A collaborative mindset is essential for working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, research, and M&A resources to develop new propositions. A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or other master's degree preferred in marketing, business, or a related field. You should also have a proven track record of growing global businesses and possess a bold and ambitious mindset.
