About the position

Samsara is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the company's product marketing strategy and support its growth. This role involves collaborating with various teams to launch new products, refresh marketing materials, and create sales enablement content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape, and will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to develop and deliver on product marketing vision and pipeline objectives.
• Produce scalable marketing materials for customers and sales, including website updates, videos, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to integrate into messaging and strategy.
• Lead go-to-market motions for successful product launches that differentiate Samsara's products and brand.
• Work with sales teams to create enablement tools, training, and materials that empower them to communicate product value.
• Represent Samsara at internal and external events to share the company's impact.
• Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging.
• Strong commercial orientation and excitement about customer engagement.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to derive insights from complex analysis.
• Ability to create clarity out of ambiguity.
