About the position

The position at NICE involves leading product marketing and analyst relations with a strong focus on AI and machine learning applications in the customer experience (CX) and contact center as a service (CCaaS) market. The role requires a blend of marketing acumen, product expertise, and technical understanding to effectively communicate NICE's capabilities and thought leadership to industry analysts. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to drive results and create impactful content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of responses to analyst questionnaires and surveys related to AI.
  • Act as a liaison between NICE CXone and industry analyst firms focusing on AI and innovation.
  • Communicate NICE CXone's AI capabilities, thought leadership, and vision to key analysts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop compelling content and messaging.
  • Coordinate and prepare NICE CXone executives for analyst briefings, interviews, and presentations.
  • Analyze large datasets from the CXone platform to identify trends, insights, and patterns related to customer interactions.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, research reports, and large-scale data analysis projects.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in key analyst events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing, product management, or analytics roles.
  • Lead contributor on tier 1 Analysts Reports (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts and their applications in the CX and CCaaS market.
  • Experience building public-facing presentations with high attention to detail for marketing events, sales organizations, or executive presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions within Marketing, Product and Sales, building relationships to drive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
