As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our flagship HALO Security and Health product, which has received over 80 awards in the security and IoT sectors. This position is not just about managing a product; it’s about driving new revenues and expanding into new markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building a deep understanding of our customers through a thorough discovery process. You will translate insights into a clear product vision and detailed requirements, ensuring that our development teams deliver high-quality products. Your expertise will be essential in leading the employment and ongoing maturity of Pragmatic Marketing principles for your product, ensuring profitability and managing investments throughout the product lifecycle. You will also be the recognized expert and spokesperson for our products, leading internal and external conversations and being the voice of our products in the building automation industry. As an entrepreneur within the organization, you will conduct business case analyses and leverage your product and customer knowledge to identify new market opportunities. Your success will be measured by the adoption and revenue success of our products in new use cases and markets. Responsibilities

  • Lead the product by building a deep understanding of customers through the discovery process.
  • Translate insights into a product vision and detailed product requirements.
  • Prioritize relentlessly and define clear acceptance criteria for product development.
  • Manage the investment across the lifecycle of products and ensure profitability.
  • Design and build for sales channels, ensuring alignment with sales and services models.
  • Act as the recognized expert and spokesperson for products in the building automation industry.
  • Conduct business case analysis development to recommend new market opportunities.
  • Work with a team of management and engineering professionals to create exceptional product experiences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience within the security or building automation space.
  • Extensive relationships within the security or building automation space including end users and sales channels.
  • Validation of expertise through prior white papers, keynotes, and/or publications.
  • Familiarity with security and/or building automation systems and IoT markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.
  • Bachelor's degree or greater.
