About the position

Ogury is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future direction of product marketing within the organization, focusing on strategic collaboration across various teams including product, sales, customer success, and ad operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, tailoring marketing efforts to diverse audiences and anticipating the needs of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead launch strategy of assigned products, host sales training and enablement sessions, create collateral and effective external marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to build the Product Roadmap considering market needs and competitive landscape.
  • Prioritize Roadmap commitments based on data such as size of opportunity and revenue potential.
  • Ensure new products and features have clear business cases in collaboration with the Product team and key stakeholders.
  • Collect market insight during the discovery phase of product development to drive results for clients.
  • Work with the global Go-to-Market team to bring industry-leading products to market.
  • Create collateral to support client-facing teams, including pitch slides, one-sheets, and integration guides.
  • Own the storytelling around products and collaborate with the MarComm team for external marketing plans.
  • Lead sales enablement sessions to train and educate global teams.
  • Drive product adoption and gather data post-launch to evaluate success and optimize.
  • Customize positioning, messaging, and value proposition for key client verticals.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.

Requirements

  • Background in digital media and experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience training and enabling sales teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience launching new products and building supporting collateral and marketing plans.
  • Excellent ability to understand complex technical concepts and simplify them for sales and customer success teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting in large meetings.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong understanding of the Advertising Technology sector is preferred.
