About the position

The Product Marketing role within the Telecom, Media, and Technology Industry Product & Solutions Marketing team at ServiceNow focuses on driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Technology Provider products. This position is designed for an action-oriented marketer who will collaborate with various teams to create impactful messaging and collateral, support product launches, and enhance sales enablement efforts. The role emphasizes the importance of clear communication and the ability to present the value proposition of ServiceNow's offerings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Translate unique product features into impactful persona-based messaging and value propositions.
  • Coordinate and execute product releases and new product launches, including messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management to develop marketing content supporting the GTM strategy.
  • Manage key conferences and events, including speaker selection and content review.
  • Update website content to ensure the latest messaging is represented.
  • Develop and deliver sales training content to improve sales performance.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the ServiceNow Technology Provider Service Management product.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in the service management domain, specifically with managed service providers or Cloud-native companies.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills, excellent storytelling ability.
  • Exceptional people and project management skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • A change mindset to embrace opportunities presented by change.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable with social media and community participation.
