About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at AT&T is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing launch strategies and programs for products and services within the AT&T portfolio. This role focuses on product line profitability, market analysis, and the development of marketing plans to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product line profitability.
• Analyzes and defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
• Develops short and long-term marketing plans and conducts marketing forecasting activities.
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and market share, and identifies customer needs.
• Analyzes options and establishes pricing strategies.
• Confers with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
• Consults and advises regarding marketing management in support of the full life-cycle.
• Assist in curation of AT&T Accessory portfolio, Issue RFPs to OEM for new product selection.
• Issue Product Awards, Packaging Approvals, FPI (Final Product Inspection).
• Collaborate with Channel Management team to identify promotional opportunities and accelerate results.
• P&L management for specific accessory types within portfolio.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
• Typically requires 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.
