About the position

The Senior Product Operations Analyst at HealthEdge Software Inc. plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving continuous improvement in processes and tools. This position involves close collaboration with the VP of Product Management to identify opportunities for improvement, standardize processes, and implement data-driven prioritization and measurement frameworks. The analyst will also support communication and governance structures across various stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective commercialization of products.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and improve processes, approaches, and templates used by the product team and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and effort.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to improve product team effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations to leadership on improving product team autonomy and alignment to company goals.
  • Support product team in driving consistent prioritization based on stakeholder and customer needs.
  • Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
  • Identify KPIs and work with data science and analytics to incorporate measurements into products.
  • Support quarterly planning efforts and ongoing roadmap refinement.
  • Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with GTM organization and executive leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
  • 3+ years of agile/scrum experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
