About the position

The Business Operations Associate at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving process improvements, prioritizing key opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to standardize processes, evaluate tools, and ensure effective communication across the organization, ultimately contributing to the success of HealthEdge's innovative payment integrity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive scale and efficiency through standardizing and improving processes and tooling used by the product team and stakeholders.
• Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and effort.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to improve product team effectiveness.
• Make recommendations to leadership for enhancing product team autonomy and alignment with company goals.
• Support the product team in driving consistent prioritization based on diverse stakeholder needs.
• Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
• Identify KPIs and collaborate with data science and analytics to ensure effective measurement communication.
• Support quarterly planning and ongoing roadmap refinement.
• Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
• Partner with GTM organization and leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree required
• 2-4+ years in a Product Operations role or similar experience
• 3+ years of agile/scrum experience
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity
• Strong knowledge of product and program management processes
• Proficient in MS Office, ADO, and Confluence
