About the position

The Business Operations Associate at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving process improvements, prioritizing key opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to streamline operations, establish governance structures, and ensure effective communication across various stakeholders. The role is integral to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and improve processes, approaches, and templates used by the product team and in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and effort.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to improve product team effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations to leadership on improving product team autonomy and alignment to company goals.
  • Support product team in driving consistent prioritization considering diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
  • Identify KPIs and work with data science and analytics to incorporate measurements into product.
  • Support quarterly planning efforts and ongoing roadmap refinement.
  • Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with GTM org and executive leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
  • 3+ years of agile/scrum experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter.
  • Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
