About the position

The Business Operations Associate at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving process improvements, prioritizing key opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to streamline operations, improve communication, and ensure alignment with company goals, all while fostering an inclusive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and improve processes, approaches, and templates used by the product team and stakeholders.
• Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and effort.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to improve product team effectiveness.
• Make recommendations to leadership on improving product team autonomy and alignment to company goals.
• Support product team in driving consistent prioritization considering diverse stakeholder needs.
• Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
• Identify KPIs and work with data science and analytics to incorporate measurements into products.
• Support quarterly planning efforts and ongoing roadmap refinement.
• Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
• Partner with GTM organization and executive leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
• 3+ years of agile/scrum experience at different organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter.
• Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
