About the position

The Business Operations Associate at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving process improvements, prioritizing key opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to standardize processes, evaluate tools, and improve communication across stakeholder groups, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of delivering excellent software and services in the healthcare IT sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive scale and efficiency through standardizing and improving processes and tooling used by the product team and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and effort.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to improve product team effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations to leadership for enhancing product team autonomy and alignment with company goals.
  • Support the product team in driving consistent prioritization based on diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
  • Identify KPIs and collaborate with data science and analytics teams to integrate measurements into products.
  • Support quarterly planning and ongoing roadmap refinement.
  • Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with GTM organization and executive leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
  • 3+ years of agile/scrum experience in various organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter.
  • Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
