About the position

The Business Operations Associate at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving process improvements, prioritizing key opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to standardize processes, evaluate tools, and improve communication across the organization, ultimately contributing to the success of HealthEdge's innovative payment integrity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive scale and efficiency through standardizing and improving processes and tooling used by the product team and stakeholders.
• Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and effort.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance product team effectiveness.
• Support the product team in driving consistent prioritization based on diverse stakeholder needs.
• Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
• Identify KPIs and collaborate with data science and analytics to ensure effective measurement communication.
• Support quarterly planning and ongoing roadmap refinement.
• Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
• Partner with GTM organization and leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
• 3+ years of agile/scrum experience.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity.
• Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
