About the position

The Business Operations Associate at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in enhancing the product management team's effectiveness by driving process improvements, prioritizing key opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to streamline operations, improve communication, and ensure alignment with company goals, ultimately contributing to the success of HealthEdge's innovative payment integrity solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive scale and efficiency through standardizing and improving processes and tooling used by the product team and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance product team effectiveness.
  • Support the product team in consistent prioritization considering diverse stakeholder and customer needs.
  • Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
  • Support quarterly planning efforts and ongoing roadmap refinement.
  • Establish governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with GTM organization and executive leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
  • 3+ years of agile/scrum experience at different organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter.
  • Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
