About the position

The Senior Product Operations Analyst at HealthEdge Software Inc. plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the product management team. This position involves collaborating closely with the VP of Product Management to identify opportunities for improvement, standardize processes, and drive continuous enhancements in product operations. The analyst will leverage data-driven approaches to prioritize initiatives, support stakeholder communications, and ensure alignment with company goals, ultimately contributing to the success of HealthEdge's innovative payment integrity solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and improve processes, approaches, and templates used internally by the product team and in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize efforts across the product lifecycle considering impact and degree of change.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to improve product team effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations to leadership on improving product team autonomy and alignment to company goals.
  • Support product team in driving consistent prioritization considering diverse stakeholder and customer needs.
  • Incorporate quantitative goal-setting and measurement frameworks into product processes.
  • Identify KPIs and work with product managers and data science teams to incorporate measurements into products.
  • Support quarterly planning efforts and ongoing roadmap refinement.
  • Establish appropriate governance and communication structures for key stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with GTM org and executive leadership to implement commercialization processes.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or similar.
  • 3+ years of agile/scrum experience at different organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter.
  • Strong knowledge of product and program management processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
