About the position

The Sr. Product Operations Associate at ETS is responsible for end-to-end project management for California K-12 assessments, ensuring effective execution of product work plans and operational improvements. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external clients, particularly the California Department of Education, to meet service level agreements and enhance product delivery. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a solid understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the creation of the product work plan and supports execution against the product work plan objectives.
  • Works with Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) and ETS partners to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identifies operational improvement opportunities to enhance product delivery.
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with FCEs, vendors, and partners.
  • Provides status updates on day-to-day operations and resolves operational issues.
  • Executes against SLAs and KPIs under the guidance of the Director of Operational Client Management.
  • Aids in the development of cost estimates for product operations and enhancements.
  • Tracks product-related expenditures against budget and supports attainment of surplus targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or project management support.
  • Knowledge of test development, including test form management and digital test delivery.
  • Technical ability with Microsoft Project or familiarity with other project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) and other communication tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Current Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience in managing small projects and event coordination.
