About the position

As a Business Intelligence Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Calabrio's Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value. With your passion, talent and business expertise, you can help us create a product suite that brings innovation and differentiation to the market and continues to deliver workforce solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Calabrio's BI solutions
• Align the product roadmap with the overall business objectives and customer needs
• Stay abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities
• Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements
• Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with development teams, agile coaches and other product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and support teams and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to their specific needs
• Evangelizing your product internally and externally through high impact presentations and demos
• Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance
• Utilize BI tools and techniques to uncover insights and identify opportunities for optimization
• Create standardized BI and reporting assets for use across customers
• Lead customer training for Calabrio's BI tools

Requirements

• Strong background in Business Intelligence with strong understanding of Cloud Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, BI concepts and data visualization
• Experience in product design, project management and business analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of contact center operations and workforce optimization
• Experience with one or more of the following types of products or tools: WFM, ACD, IVR and related technologies
• Performance management and evaluation solutions
• CRM, Customer Success and Support solutions
• Database and Data Warehouse solutions
