The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Product Owner for Digital Workplace Security Operations to join our Security & Compliance product team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the team's backlog while ensuring that the Product Manager's vision and outcomes are effectively translated into actionable user stories. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the product and guiding team members in completing the work defined in the sprint. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate product needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product scope, goals, and requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing and adapting the product vision, writing new user stories, and having the authority to accept completed stories. You will manage the core voice system, ensuring its connectivity to district and National IT services and applications. Additionally, you will communicate with other National IT organizations and participate in large, complex internal information security projects. The Product Owner will manage a backlog of important requests and ongoing work, determining the criticality and priority of incoming tasks. You will work independently while consulting with the area Lead to provide cohesive messaging among Endpoint product groups. Anticipating internal and external challenges and regulatory issues will be essential, as will recommending process, product, or service improvements. You will also contribute to the development of functional strategy and lead consultations with product teams to achieve milestones and objectives. In this role, you will articulate the vision to the delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value. You will coordinate the implementation of products and service solutions and enhancements, prioritizing the product backlog based on overall strategy and goals. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders will be key, as you will assess, evaluate, and understand their business and product needs. As the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams, you will ensure a full understanding of product scope, objectives, requirements, and dependencies, overseeing all stages of development, including planning, refining, reviewing, and sprint activities. Your participation in retrospectives will be important for improving team processes.
