You will be responsible for developing and leading a team focused on skills and deliverables, overseeing the team's actions, and providing day-to-day hands-on direction and guidance on system integrations and cloud technologies. Engaging directly with customers and stakeholders in Sales Operations and the Healthcare domain is essential to ensure the delivery of a robust, scalable product on a regular basis. In this role, you will own people management responsibilities for a team of 2-6 business analysts and will be accountable for the development and delivery of one or multiple high complexity software products that align with business needs. Your ability to understand, define, and communicate the prioritization of product requirements with a focus on business value and trade-offs will be crucial. You will actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment on product vision and value delivery. Weighing business risks, issues, and impediments experienced by the product team and assisting with issue resolution will be part of your responsibilities. You will inspect product progress throughout the sprint, make critical decisions, and accept work completed by the team. Supporting product team members as they engage with stakeholders, build a backlog, and deliver work is also a key aspect of this role. You will maintain an analytical perspective during crises and support crisis resolution while holding yourself and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. Additionally, you will take ownership of complex products, features, components, or solutions and their associated performance metrics. Ensuring that team-level decisions align with project/product priorities and strategic agendas is essential. You will leverage budget and financial information to support staffing and business planning efforts, identify risks and their potential outcomes, and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
