About the position

The Senior Product Portfolio Lead for Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Bank of America is a pivotal role responsible for the design and implementation of the Enterprise IAM platform, serving over 200,000 employees. This position is part of the Cyber Security Product Management team and focuses on driving product strategy, enhancing IAM capabilities, and ensuring a secure user experience while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM Product team and drive product strategy for all IAM capabilities across the Enterprise and environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Drive the evolution, unification, and enhancements of the IAM ecosystem informed by threats, risk, and industry research.
• Implement cloud-native Identity and Entitlement, and secrets management automated controls.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to accomplish the mission.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to shape a comprehensive IAM strategy, blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Oversee initiative planning for the IAM portfolio, including business cases, architectural designs, and resource planning.
• Work with Product Owners to connect strategy to deliverables, epics, and stories.
• Support a multi-year transition from Waterfall and Agile Scrum teams to value streams.
• Manage IAM third parties: relationships, engagements, contracts, financials, metrics, exit strategies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience at an Enterprise level for IAM, Product Management and/or related field.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
• Experience working in agile methodologies and product management with a track record of driving successful transformation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cybersecurity and risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to IAM.
