About the position
The Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate plays a vital role in the Deposits 2.0 team, focusing on synchronizing data across various product sources to report on development progress. This position involves shaping change initiatives, influencing leaders, and ensuring comprehensive product reporting through effective data gathering and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product reporting highlights progress with product development.
- Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity.
- Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
- Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization.
- 3 years of experience with data gathering and executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Align.
- Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
- Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
