About the position

The Senior Product Reporting Analyst at Boston Scientific plays a crucial role in providing quality and business reports to both internal and external customers. This position focuses on utilizing Post Market Quality Assurance information while ensuring data quality and compliance with business processes. The analyst will also recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Writes and executes recurring ad hoc queries to develop reports for internal and external customers.
• Validates report requests for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery.
• Intakes report requests from representatives and customers via phone and email.
• Performs data quality analysis and proposes necessary system or business process changes.
• Participates in or leads special projects, including compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides training and expertise regarding data and processes to departmental and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strong customer focus, analysis, planning, execution, collaboration, and communication competencies.
• Knowledge of database entities, data access methodology, and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL Developer.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with business applications such as GMDT, TRaCII, GCMS, IRIS REX, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, and SAP.
• Project management experience.
• Lean / continuous improvement toolkit usage.
• Post Market Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).
