As a Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager for TikTok Shop Data Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our eCommerce ecosystem. Our Product Solutions and Operations team (PSO) is dedicated to building innovative, secure, and intuitive data SaaS products for sellers, creators, partners, and internal operations. Your work will enable users to leverage our data products to identify performance issues, generate insights, and optimize their operations. In this role, you will be responsible for proposing market requirements by conducting thorough research with merchants, creators, partners, and internal operations. You will convert business-related issues into data-driven solutions, collaborating closely with data scientists and product managers to develop proof of concepts. Additionally, you will manage product requirements by designing success metrics and using ROI analysis to prioritize these requirements, ultimately proposing roadmaps to product managers. As the Go-To-Market (GTM) leader, you will develop and execute the GTM plan for our products, including setting objectives, content strategy, and channel strategy, while ensuring alignment with marketing functions. You will also lead cross-functional teams in managing data-driven key projects, facilitating project progress, and developing data definitions, calculation logic, and metrics to support reporting and dashboard use cases, as well as data platform development.
