About the position

The Senior Production Artist plays a crucial role in the Brand team by producing and finalizing a variety of complex marketing materials. This position focuses on creating electronic files for collateral, email templates, social media posts, and presentations, ensuring they meet technical specifications and brand consistency. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in production workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize technically accurate marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, direct mail, formularies, forms, event materials and presentations, social media and website materials.
  • Build and test email templates, SMS, secure messaging, social posts, and landing pages across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Complete content and graphic changes; check files for consistency in layout, content, format and brand consistency.
  • Retouch, manipulate and color correct images as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating updates, timelines, and establishing priorities to provide timely and quality work.
  • Drive improvement in the quality of work and efficiency of the team by developing and maintaining production workflows, standards and guidelines.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve quality and efficiencies for the team.
  • Partner with leadership in the distribution and planning of projects and processes as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
  • 5 years of work experience in electronic production.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Advanced level of design skills including expertise in typography, form and color theory, proportion and balance, photographic and computer imaging techniques and electronic layout skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in staying current on new design programs.
  • Detail orientation with strong proofing skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)/Health care experience
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience working with eXtensible Markup Language (XML)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
