About the position

The Senior Production Operations Manager is a leadership role within Apple's Marcom Production Operations Department, responsible for overseeing the performance and output of various teams including Technical Device Management, Media Operations, Video Accessibility, and Special Operations. This role emphasizes innovation in processes and tools, cost optimization, and collaboration across the organization to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a commitment to excellence in production operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee and develop the performance and work output of the Technical Device Management, Media Operations, Video Accessibility, and Special Operations teams.
• Drive continuous innovation in processes, practices, tools, and policies for day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies across the organization.
• Cultivate relationships and collaborate across Apple to meet business and stakeholder objectives.
• Rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and proactively identify potential operational issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of Video Production and Post Production systems, equipment, and workflows.
• Drive partnerships with Creative and Production teams to address creative needs across Marcom.
• Empower clear and consistent communication within teams.
• Champion Apple brand standards and core values in all work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct production experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading managers and senior individual contributors.
• Experience leading large scale, high-performing Production or Post-Production teams within a Production company, Post-Production company, creative agency, or in-house at a global brand organization.
