About The Position
Zscaler is looking for an experienced Principal Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you'll be responsible for building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored solutions. You will design and execute solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products, including DLP, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations. Collaboration with stakeholders to envision and implement future-proof, transformative processes is key. Additionally, you will advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development and produce documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth.
