As part of the Global Sports Marketing team, the Senior Professional will be crucial in executing strategies and building relationships within this dynamic field. This role involves servicing our Trainers, managing product orders, and overseeing day-to-day portfolio management. A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach is foundational to success in this position. The ability to gain trust and build relationships with trainers and cross-functional partners while managing multiple competing tasks will be key. This team member will be a self-starter, embodying a team mentality and a passion for serving athletes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product orders, day-to-day portfolio management, occasional travel, and athlete reimbursements. You will ensure that our trainers feel supported and have the necessary resources on both a relationship and product level. This includes fielding product questions from trainers, curating and shipping seasonal product packages, and assisting with onboarding and support for Nike Elite, Aravo, and Nike Travel for Trainers. You will work closely with various teams, including Global Fitness Sports Marketing, Geo Sports Marketing partners, and Global Product, Brand, Activity, and NDDC teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product orders and day-to-day portfolio management.
  • Support trainers by ensuring they have the necessary resources and assistance.
  • Field product questions from trainers and provide timely responses.
  • Curate and ship seasonal product packages and drops in a high-touch manner.
  • Assist with onboarding and support for Nike Elite, Aravo, and Nike Travel for Trainers.
  • Coordinate trainer reimbursements and travel arrangements.
  • Contribute to the broader Women's Sports Marketing Team, including product support and event coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of experience in brand marketing and/or sports marketing.
  • Experience in day-to-day portfolio management of Trainer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Zoom, Excel, Google Suite, and Box.
  • Experience in SAP order entry and Excel.
  • Ability to manage external partner communication effectively.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities while maintaining transparent communication.
  • Excitement, passion, and/or curiosity within the Fitness space.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
  • Genuine appreciation and connection to Product.
  • Creative thinking with a desire to evolve the way we deliver briefs to trainers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in event coordination and athlete interaction.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional integration to Global CDM, Brand, BMPM, Product, and Activity teams.
