About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Amazon Connect will lead initiatives that drive scale and growth within the Amazon Connect business. This role involves collaborating with various teams to solve complex challenges, innovate business applications, and enhance customer experiences. The position requires a strong focus on program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and effective communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive goals, programs, and projects across different teams within the Amazon Connect specialist field organization.
• Launch and drive initiatives that enable scale and growth of the Amazon Connect business.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to solve organizational challenges that impact customers and the business.
• Lead initiatives that support scale, standardization, and repeatability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelors or equivalent experience

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
